All our staff are thoroughly vetted and personally interviewed.

Original childcare qualification certificates and references are obtained which are always closely checked.

All candidates will have an original Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate and if not will be asked to complete an application at interview. The Enhanced Disclosure is a more thorough national check than either the Standard (CRB) Disclosure or the previously used local police one.

We encourage our staff to become qualified childcarers and to update their First Aid Certificates for Childcarers when required - see Nannies Information Pack.

We pride ourselves on our ability to match client's needs with the correct nanny.

We DO NOT charge a registration fee, only a fee for successful placement believing we should be paid on our results.

Once registered with us details of suitable nannies will be sent to you. You can then talk to them on the telephone and invite them for interview if you wish.

We also highly recommend that you talk personally to previous employers if you invite a candidate for second interview.
